Meze’ s: Selection of assorted meze’s
Pomegranate Salad: Brunoise tomato, cucumber, onion, finely chopped parsley seasoned with olive oil, pomegranate seeds, sumac, fresh lemon juice and fresh raw salts.

Assorted Hot Board Platter:
Pan-fried halloumi : Pan-fried Halloumi in olive oil served on fresh assorted mesclun topped with shepherd salad topped with mild herbs and
pomegranate seeds.

Grilled Turkish Sucuk; Classic Turkish beef pan-fried with mild peppers topped with dried sesame cottage cheese and zesty herbs.

Dolma: Vine leaves stuffed with traditional wild white rice enhanced with dried black currants, dried bell peppers topped with olive oil and sumac.

Sigara Borek : Classic lady fingers rolled with traditional Turkish pastry with feta, parsley topped with fresh herbs and served with thickened garlic yogurt.

From the Grill: Thick carved lamb-back strap and chicken thigh pieces, and delicate meatballs served with almond rice and char-grilled vegetables enhanced with fresh mint leaves and side garlic yogurt.

Desserts: Pistachio Baklava enhanced with ‘Pismaniye’ cotton candy and double roasted rose flavoured Turkish delights & tulumba.
