Anadolu Ispanak Ezmesi :spinach with yogurt and pine nuts
Havuc Ezmesi: Carrot puree with yogurt
Homus: Chickpeas seasoned with tahini, garlic and lemon
Patlican Ezmesi: Smoked Eggplant With Yogurt
Fried Vegetables: Zucchini and Eggplant
Cacik: Cucumber with mint yogurt
Coban Salad Tomato onion cucumber and parsley with olive oil and lemon juice
All appetizers are served with warm Turkish pide bread
Fasulye Piyas: White beans with onions, parsley, olive oil and lemon juice

Main Courses

Shish Kebab: Marinated baby lamb fillet cooked slowly over charcoal
Oruk Kebab: Finely minced beef in a blend of crushed wheat, seasoned with herbs. Cooked over charcoal and topped with yogurt, chilli and a special sauce.
Izgara Kofte: Lightly spiced meatballs cooked over charcoal and served with a special tomato sauce.
Tavuk Shish: Marinated pieces of chicken thigh fillet cooked over charcoal
